Retroperitoneal Neurilemmoma : Report of two cases

Abstract

|
We experienced two cases of retroperitoneal neurilemmoma, which were proved by pathology. Ultrasound demonstrated well-demarcated and mixed echoic mass on right lower quadrant. Computed Tomography demonstrated well-encapsulated and well-enhanced
heterogeneous mass with central hypo-dense lesion. Magnetic Resonance T1-weighted Image demonstrated inhomogeneous hypo-Signal Intensity in round mass with well enhancement. T2-weighted Image demonstrated hyper-Signal Intensity in mass with
multiple
hypo-Sinal Intensity foci.
